Sony Vegas 12 – How to verify Smart Rendering?
I’m running Sony Vegas Pro 12 (64) on a Windows 8 PC.
2 Questions, here:
1) How do I verify if smart rendering has occurred or not? I ask because I have tried to smart render a 12 minutes video and Vegas took about 3 minutes to render. Project settings have been matched automatically. So the rendering was quite fast, but the output is larger than the original video so I suspect that smart rendering didn’t work properly.
2) As for the video used in the project, it was an Mp4 generated by a capture card. Can someone tell if Vegas 12 Pro supports smart rendering of this kind of video?
