  Error in SVP 12 when trying to nest projects

  I created a short intro that I want to nest within a larger SVP project.

  I open the larger project, and within the Explorer window, navigate to the intro .veg file, then try to drag it down to a new video track I created within the timeline.

  When I try this, I receive the following error:

  “None of the files dropped on Vegas Pro could be opened.”

  Is something wrong with the file I’m trying to nest within the larger project?

  It worked just fine for me.

  Maybe you could check this registry key as shown in the image to see if that is the cause. Mine was still referring to SVP 11.
