    Is selecting MP4-video when rendering MOV = H2.64? I didn’t see H2.64 by itself.

    Thanks.

I don’t have an answer for you, but I’d like to know the same thing. I rendered with those setting and got a REALLY nice looking file.

I didn’t see the H2.64 option with MOV. A stock house is requesting QT with H2.64.

    Vegas doesn’t do H.264
Render out the mp4 file, rename it to .mov and see if they accept it.
I did that recently for an advertising agency and they were quite happy with the results.

OK. I will. This program is supposed to identify codecs in video clips.

Strictly personal preference but I like MediaInfo better.

[Mike Kujbida] “Bob, please let us know if this works for you.”

Well, I did it yesterday, Mike, and so far so good, nothing negative from the client. The video looked great and played fine in the QT player.
