  i’ve heard so many thoughts on this. i could really use a definitive answer. i’ve composited in AE
  footage/gfx together into a final movie at 23.976. Movie is complete. Now the movies need to go into FCP to a ntsc 29.97 project. fcp has a kona 3 card. what is the best process of doing this? AE or FCP.
  i would really appreciate the advice.
