  Vegas interpreted dv pal as upper feild .

  Vegas interpreted dv pal as upper feild…
  When I import the source clips in AE to check they turn up as Lower Field first..
  iam confused….
  my clients wants it in sd dvd and the final output is all shaky or jerky forward-back-forward-back output…..
  or should i
  1- change the project settings have the field-order set to ‘none/progressive’
  2- render the final edit to a progressive MPEG2

  I would be gratefull if someone could shed some light to my case….

  thanks Aleksey for your quick reply….
  1.i have render it out on mpeg2 dvd pal 25p lower field first and the footage is come out stutter or shaky.
  2.but when i render it out mpeg2 dvd pal 25p upper field first and the footage is come out normal…
  3.i have checked it on media-info and g-spot they all say its lower field first not upper.
  4. am really confused…. all dv are lower fields first. i will check on Vegasaur Field Order Analyzer and let you know….
