  When I render a picture, the resolution shrinks. Why?

  Basically I make stop-motion videos quite often.

  So lets say I have two pictures. Both 1152 x 864 https://i.imgur.com/QEONb.jpg

  I need to render them together so that I can pan the camera for both of them at once.

  So I render the two, I go into custom and make sure to render in the same dimensions.

  I render, and place the video (of just 2 pictures played 1 after the other) into Sony Vegas, and the video loses it’s height. https://i.imgur.com/VCsKj.jpg

  I double checked in properties https://i.imgur.com/R34Pe.png that everything was the same dimension. They are. What gives?

  Corey,

  The project size is set to 720×480. You picked a DV widescreen setting.

  Go to the project properties and set a custom frame size to match your pictures.
