  Vegas .mov Render will not upload. assistance needed

  I made a video with .mov files from a T31 canon in the timeline and rendering is now a pain. I tried rendering to WMV 11 on HD720 template, but my computer kept crashing. AVI, wouldnt render despite showing 00:00 in time left.
  It finally rendered using .mov7 with default uncompressed template and came out decent, but wont upload in vimeo and is taking over 24 hours to load in youtube (at 25% now in utube)
  I then bought pavtube and rendered to HD. It came out horrible, I upgraded to Quicktime pro and h24 codec under MP4 converted badly too.

  I now know I need to convert to avi or wmv before I add to timeline after going through all the trouble and comments, but it took me two days to complete this project and I dont want to have to restart.

  2 questions
  1)Is there a way to render from Sony Vegas to still keep the quality in HD as is?

  2) Is there a way to convert the HD .mov file rendered in Vegas so it keeps its HD and sound Qualities and
