  Rendering starts then stalls

  I have an hour long project I’m trying to render using the latest version of Vegas Pro 11. Once I start rendering the project the image in the preview windows looks normal then freezes after a few seconds. The estimated and total times keep advancing. Vegas acts like it has frozen. If I click on the cancel render button nothing happens.

  The clips were processed with an older version of Neoscene from an AVCHD source. I’m wondering of the Cineform codec may be this issue.

  *Update*

  The footage was recorded at 24fps. If I render it for 24fps it will render. When I select 30fps it stall out.

  Yep, the Cineform Codec is a part of that issue.
