I have a video I am submitting for a film festival and the online submission has to be under 30mb. My video is 4 minutes and 45 seconds long and was originally filmed in 1920 by 1080 avchd. What format and settings should I use to get the best quality possible? I am using Vegas Movie Studio 11.0

I would start with one of the Sony AVC templates. If it is too large try a lower bitrate.

Thanks, I used the internet internet 320 by 240 and got 29.3 mb. It’s the best looking one I have so far. When I lowered the bitrate on some of the higher resolutions, the video came out looking worse than the 320 did. I’ll keep trying some other variations.
