Timeline clips won’t play in the preview
Posted by Carl Lundell on March 3, 2012 at 4:57 pmWhen I click the play button to see how my progress looks on the preview it just goes from 0,00 to 0,06, then if i pause it and click play again it goes from 0,06 to 0,12 etc, the clips won’t be played.
Using Sony Vegas Pro 9.0.

March 4, 2012 at 4:10 amI know he did not say what codec his video is in.
I just didn’t want to waste a post asking him to report back about his video information.
I remember when I was still on Vegas 9, how it could not handle AVCHD video from little consumer camcorders even though Vegas could import them into the project. This was a known issue (or bug) with Vegas 9.
When I upgraded to Vegas 10, all my AVCHD files worked like magic!

March 7, 2012 at 3:06 amHehe, thanks for the replies guys, you know I was trying to pre-render a few clips using the SHIFT+B key combo, and I think I might’ve hit 2 other keys next to them on the keyboard which caused my clips to not play at all. Maybe you know which combination I did hit? =D
And yeah, I should definitely get the 9.0e update, thanks! 🙂
