Neat Video adjustment
I am editing a 2 camera shoot and need to add the Neat Video plug in to the B cameras footage as the gain was incorrectly set and I have noise. After editing in multicam (Pro 11), how do I open up the B roll footage in the Project Media window so I can configure a frame to add the Neat Video FX?

Your question confuses me. Configure a frame? I don’t see what you want to do.
You put F/X in the project media to apply to every event that uses a single clip.Steve Mann

You can add it as an event level FX, or to the project media as Steve suggests. Personally, I add it to the event itself as it suits my particular set of circumstances.

Sorry if it was a bit confusing. Let me try again. I have edited 30 minutes of 2 camera footage using Multicam. There are approximately 50 cuts between cameras. The stationary B camera footage has too much noise. I need to add the Neat Video FX to just the B track footage. How is this best achieved?

When editing in multicam mode in Vegas you need to remember a few things. No good to add it before you enable multicam editing. It seems you already know that. Here’s how I do it.
After completing the multicam cut, I select a clip on the timeline, go to TOOLS > MULTICAMERA > EXPAND TO MULTIPLE TRACKS > YES.
Then I select any clip from the camera footage I want to add effects to, right click and select MEDIA FX. This will affect all clips from that camera footage and only that camera footage. That way you don’t have to do the clips one by one. And if you don’t like the look of it after rendering, repeat. Adjusting one MEDIA FX changes all the rest.
As for NEAT VIDEO, you will need to play with the adjustments, render a small portion, inspect, and try again.

So, you can apply filters/FX in the Project Media panel to globally affect clips? And also separatly, event by event, in the Timeline?

As a noob, you should know that it’s best not to hijack a thread as your question may not get answered as it wasn’t relevant to the conversation.
The answer to your question is yes.
Besides the two places you mentioned, filters/FX can also be applied at the track level and on the master output (i.e. drop it on the Preview window).
