Pan/Crop won’t let you zoom that much.
Use Track Motion instead.

that’s what im using, i could zoom up before and can’t now tho

Are there extra keyframes on your timeline?
Is one of them set to Hold?

nope, strange that the zoom wont go down to infinity either?
never noticed this before now, track motion is ok tho
