My web site template and host is from Big Black Bag. I uploaded a test video and it plays. I’d like the best qualtiy while considering bandwidth. My question is, what rendering settings should I use?
Most of the potential customers in my area use Comcast broadband internet or Verizon Fios.

    Here’s what the host recommends:
    File type: mov., mv4., mp4
    720w x 480h
15 pfs – the say it can be higher but will affect bandwidth
Saved as Fast Start Compressed Header, not streaming or hinted
h.264 or Sorenson 3 video at 629 Kbps
    2-Pass VBR ifpossible
    AAC audio

I always use the default MP4 setting for 720P Internet video. Seems to work well for me and it looks pretty good on Vimeo and Youtube.
