    I was wondering if anyone could help me understand some of these issues that I am dealing with below?

    Here are my elements:

    1. 4 Buttons on the main menu page. All are made in Photoshop and in .PSD format
    2. 2 chapter pages using the native program features.
    3. 4 different graphics on the main menu in .PSD.

    Here are the problems reported by various testers of the master:

    1. Report of the disc auto playing when placed in a certain DVD player, skipping the menu.
    2. A person reports while playing the disc on her Mac that there is a glitch when she hits the chapters button 6 out of 10 times. A certain chapter automatically starts playing without even going to the first chapters page.
    3. Testers report the menu is fuzzy, including the graphics, the text generated by DVDA, and the highlights are misalighned on their old 13 inch TV, a flat screen, 3 different computer monitors and laptop screens.

    I have made sure that all of my graphics are high resolution. I am using transparent setting on all of them. No matter what, I cannot seem to get a crisp looking graphic or text generated button. Is this only because of the SD resolution? Is there a better way to import the PSD files. Is using a 300 pixel resolution too high, or should it be set higher or lower? Is there a good article that someone might know about that address’s these questions and then some. I have other issues as well, but would like to solve these bigger ones first. Thanks for any response. I understand it takes time to explain these things and I really appreciate this forum for what I’ve learned already.

    Hi;

    I don’t have a specific suggestion, but I’d make sure I am using the latest build, it fixed some bugs. DVDA 5.2 build 133.
