  Blu-ray burn problems

  I,m having trouble burning a Blu-ray BD-R disk (Verbatin) I was able to make 1 copy but can’t make a second copy or any other movie. I am able to Burn a BD-RE disk without problems. The Blu-ray rewriter is an LG BH12LS38. The error message related to the -R burn is that there is a driver problem. The Vegas movie maker is Platinum 11.

  Have you tried burning a disk with other software? For example, Roxio CD/DVD software?

  Have you tried updating the drivers?

  Dave,
  It turns out that I have a bad batch of Blu-ray disks. The problems caused me to learn a little more about the Vegas software though.
  When I rendered to Sony Architect and saved and changed to Memorex Blu-ray media the problems cleared up. After burning a short video to memorex I tried to record on the other disk without success. I went through the 20 disk package without success.
  I tried to update drivers but I don’t know how. I’m sure that I will need to do this at some time.
