  sitting on top of scrolling text

  Anyone seen the Dairy Queen commercial where at the end of it the guy is sitting ontop of the scrolling text as it slides from 1 side of the screen to the next?

  I have worked with scrolling text, but not sure at all how to do this .. any assistance?
