  Creating Frames for Video/Pictures

  Hello All,

  I was wondering how to create a frame in AE where I can drop videos and pictures and resize/animate them inside the frame. Similar to frames in ID and drop zones in Apple Motion.

  Any ideas? Thanks.

  It’s called a precomp. You can place compositions in other compositions. Whatever happens inside the precomp shows up as if it’s in a frame in InDesign.
