    Hi,

I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio 11 HD and was wondering if there is a way of speeding up video past the ctrl+click dragging the video in the timeline? I have a 30 minute video of a sunset I would like to speed up so you can see the entire video in around 1 minute. Not sure if its possible, but is there a way of speeding up a video past the limit the ctrl+click dragging has?

Not in the Movie Studio version without rendering. What you can do is speed it up, render it out, place the rendered file on the timeline again and speed it up again. Repeat until you have the speed you want.

Thanks John was thinking that was the only option. Oh Well, guess that will have to do.

David, don’t worry. The more you render the shorter it gets. And the quicker it renders! – Well it would, wouldn’t it?

Yeah that’s true. If it got longer to render each time, then something would be wrong
