  Bit Rate change

  I have Sony Vegas 9 Pl that I use for editing and for broadcas tv and pc computer windows 7 with no problem.
  I have to render in MPG2 the place were I upload footage to for the networks they say my bit rate is set at around 10,000 I need to change that to around 6,000 were do I go to do that in Sony Vegas9PL
