preview problem in vegas pro 10…
i’m using vegas pro 10… with template of HDV 720-30p (1280×720, 29.970 fps) and preview (half).. but when i put my video clips of 1920×1080, 29.970fps coming from dslr cannon… and play it on vegas the video was logging and choppy… but the audio is good.. the only thing to play it better is to render the video clips and put it again in vegas pro to edit them… and the problem is i’m making a video which is the same day edit video and there’s a time limit on it i think it’s a waste of time to me to render each video clips then edit them… can anyone help me to have a better previewing the video clips is there any good settings for it….

Agaton, If you have 1920×1080 footage on the timeline within
a 1280×720 template, you will have choppy playback in the preview
window if you dont have a really powerful computer….that is
normal and expected.
Use the Dynamic ram preview to preview your edits as you go along
in your editing workflow.Once you get used to that workflow it becomes
very straight forward.Steve Rhoden
