Two suggestions for you.

#1. Try the XDCAM Explorer.
It’s under the View menu.
The online help menu gets into a lot of XDCAM suggestions so check it out too.

#2. Try the XDCAM EX ClipBrowser v2.60 (it’s about 1/2 way down this page).
