    This is going to be a little tricky to describe. Maybe why I haven’t figured out how to do it in vegas yet. It was simple in my class but w/ FCP but interestingly haven’t been able to figure it out in vegas yet.

    I have two videos composited. I want to crop each video and place them on the left and right of the video canvas.

    However, the video doesn’t necessarily line up in that fashion. Both images are on the right so they don’t drag off the canvas appropriately.

    So basically how to I crop independently of placement on the canvas so I can align the videos as I desire?

    Hopefully that makes since. Thanks for the help!!!

    Use the event pan/crop to crop both videos to the same size and aspect ratio. Then use the track motion to resize and position them side by side.
