Some time ago I bought Plural Eyes. It is quite useful but has one big disadvantage for me – it affects whole project. Is there any way to synchronize just some specific part of timeline with Plural Eyes?

Try Selecting/Highlighting only the tracks you want
    Plural Eyes to affect.

I need to synchro all tracks but a particular part of timeline.

Make a new project with subclips, sync them, nest the new project veg file into the original project.

If you ctrl-click the clips you want to sync, it will just sync those clips only and leave the rest untouched on the timeline. Of course the clips you want to sync have to each be on their separate track.

PluralEyes only works at the track level. If you need events from a track synced, then move those events to their own tracks and select those tracks before running PluralEyes.

If you can’t find the information in the help files, remember that all media on the timeline are events – not clips.
