V10 startup and backpac notice..
Aloha Gang, upon startup of V10c=
1..your license for bp1 has expred
2..vasst..enter your license key for bp1
3..(pro Ass.) bp load exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation
4..cannot find ant instaled bp’s..
this usually cycles thru 2x and then all is good. I have never bought any extra bp’s so why would I get all this and how to get rd of it? No big deal just annoying..I do have Pro. Ass. and Ultimate S installed..Thanks for your time..bobt -

Is this Production Assistant 2.0 or 1.0? If it’s 2.0, try downloading the latest Production Assistant 2.0.7 build from the Sony download page. It fixes this particular problem.

Just downloaded the latest update to PA – 2.0.7 – and on install the ‘about’ shows 2.0.6.16877. Is that correct?The EXE file downloaded from the SONY Updates link is vegasproassist_2.0.7.exe

The launcher that you use outside of Vegas Pro should show 2.0.6. The plug-in that you use inside of Vegas Pro should show 2.0.7. The fix for 2.0.7 only affected the plug-in. Sorry for any confusion. I guess I should have recompiled the launcher too just to make the version numbers match but it didn’t need it.
