  Production assistant

  I “miss pronounced”. My software problem. It is Production Assistant.

  I purchased the program, received it today, loaded it but it will not work. It will not accept the serial number.

  It askes for a serial for “BakPak1 and grafPak1 & 2. I entered the serial number that came with it. But it will not accept it.

  Your help would be appreciated

  Make sure that you have the latest version of Vegas Pro Production Assisatnt 2.0.7. You can get it from the Sony download page. It fixes a problem with licensing the BackPaks and GrafPaks on some systems.
