  Post Render Lag

  So I am finally posting because I am unable to find enough info and other posts are either too vague or held no real value to me.

  I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum.

  My render settings have been

  Sony AVC m2ts

  Audio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 24 Bit, Stereo, AC3
  Video: 29.970 fps, 1440×1080 Upper field first, YUV, 15 Mbps
  Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.333

  This has been working fine for me with no problem before. I recently rendered a video and about 7 minutes in the video seems to slow down and not keep up with the audio. The quality still looks greats but its like 2 steps slower. I thought it was just a mess up on my part since i have never had a problem before. I tried it again with a 10min, 7 min and 5 min video. The same thing happens with all the videos just 2 minute difference.

  Whats going on here? I monitored my ram and cpu usage it all seems fine so why all of a sudden am I getting lag with my renders.

  Appreciate any help!!
