If you’re using Pro 9 or 10, try the Internet 16:9 HD 30p (or Internet 16:9 HD 25p if you’re in PAL land) preset.

Yea, this template can be found under the Sony AVC save as type.

Is there a bitrate calculator somewhere out there useful when using this setting? say for example if I want to put a video on vimeo but keep the file size under 500MB?
