  Vegas 10c x64 issues (aviplug.dll)

  Hi.
  I’m having problems with the 64-bit version of Vegas Pro 10c.
  Normally, I everything works fine, but I can only see a fraction of the video codecs I have, and in the audio department, I cannot choose anything else other than PCM, the MP3 one is “Not supported”.

  I googled around and found a fix, to replace the aviplug.dll in the FileIO folder of Vegas with the 32-bit one, this seemed to fix the codec problem, BUT now when I drag and drop videos (with audio) to the timeline, only the video appears without any audio, I have set the audio timeline to appear in the view options and when I try to play the preview I hear nothing.

  I’m really disappointed I’ve payed a lot for this software and it’s not working.
  Sony support isn’t answering..

  We are having a problem with the avi vegas10 exports, It can´t be converted in a right way on Media Coder.

  Another problem we had with the version of 64 bits, was that Noise Reduction plug-in couldn´t be used, because there are some plug-ins that are made just for the 32 bits version.
