  5DM2: Native or Cineform?

  I apologize I have not been able to keep up on the forum. I did a search, but did not find the answer.

  With Vegas Pro 10.0a, if one already owns Cineform NeoScene, is it preferable to transcode Canon 5DM2 files to Cineform .avi before editing? Or in Vegas 10.0a is it considered preferable to edit the .mov files natively?

  One of the things Sony improved with Vegas Pro 10 was the ability to correctly handle Canon 5D/7D files so I would try editing the native files first and see what you think.
