Hi all, yet another question from me. In Sony Vegas 10 i was cutting up a clip it was a kids birthday party so not really difficult just plain in and out points in trimmer and then add to timeline.

My question is this, when I was editing this particular project when i added the clips to my timeline by pressing (a) on my keyboard it automatically crossfaded the clips, so i found out where these settings were and changed the crossfade time. This worked brilliantly because i did not have to physically crossfade every added section on my time line and i was finished in no time at all.

Now it is not doing this and i have gone back to
    Options
    Preferences
    Editing tab
clicked the box for automatically crossfade
and still i cant get it to work.

I know that when you add a whole lot clips onto your timeline you can get them to automatically crossfade, but i did once so it must be one button i have not highlighted or a box not ticked or something.

Really hope someone understands what i asking and have the answer.

    Love this forum
