  Workflow suggestion please

  Hi everyone. I need a workflow suggestion from one of you very experienced people.
  I capture sDV footage in Vegas and edit it. I need then to pass it on to the local Iptv station where they top and tail it using Premiere and then encode it to h264 for upload to their server.
  I have been saving my edited program back to dv tape, they have to then recapture it into premiere. Can you suggest a file format that I could render to so they would not have to re-capture but still keep enough quality for when they render to h264.

  Since this is just miniDV, render it to DV-AVI, copy it to an external hard drive and bring that to them for transferring.
  Alternately, if your program is less than 20 min. long, burn it to a DVD and give that to them.
  I’ve done it both ways for webmasters and my local cable TV station.

  I look at it as my way of “paying it forward”.
  I had a lot of help from experienced users when I first started with Vegas and this is my way of saying thanks.
