    Hello,

I must make an videoadvertisement about a product for school. I’ve created all my compositions, but when I convert them to a quicktime-video I become a video with much stuttering. Also the audio doesn’t work.
I’m still an amateur in adobe after effects. So could anyone help me?

I think it couldn’t lay on my computerrequirements. I have a sony vaio VGN-FW11S.

Another thing I find rarely is:
the videolength is around 2 minutes and the videosize compares 2,2 GB.

    Thx

    Frederik

The stuttering can be caused by many different reasons, one can be your computer is too slow to play the video. More than likely it can be the field rendering. In your render settings, set your quality to best,Resolution to full, Field rendering to Lower field first. (if this doesn’t work, try upper field first)
Unfortunately, without knowing what settings you have tried already I might be telling you something you already know.

You could try making your composition smaller is size, try a different codec (i.e. DV/DVCPRO, etc.)

Test render about 20 seconds instead of the full video so it won’t take as long.

As for the audio, Did you click the checkbox in your output module settings to enable audio?
