  Vegas 9 synchronize greyed out

  I have a event which comes from a HDV clip. I have ungrouped the video and audio and chopped a pice out of the middle. I have managed to get the lip sync out a bit. Previously (on the same clip) I have solved this by right Click synchronize but the both By Moveing and By Slipping are greyed out.

  Any ideas?
