  Freezing problems

  Hey, I have been working on a video for a while now that looks kind of like this. i am about half way done with it and when ever i start it up and try a ram preview the whole program freezes and i have to force quit out of it. The weird thing is, is that it if i go into one of the pre-comps it plays fine. Also when i try to scrub through the time line of the main comp it freezes also. So does anyone have any idea about what is happening and know a way to fix it.

  well actually this is not my video. i was just using this tho show what look i was trying to get.

  I made sure that im not using open GL, i did convert the video which it was HD. And i cant purge or at least its not notifying me. I am also using After Effects CS4.
  Any other suggestions?
