  Need good render settings in Sony Vegas!

  I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 and I desperately need help rendering. I can get an output file, but every format i have tried either posterizes the video (like this: )

  or seems to overlap frames much like you see when you slow a video down. I have a 1080p camera that gives mp4 videos. When I watch the raw footage, it is beautiful, but I can never recreate it when rendering.

  Can someone please give me render settings to output a full hd video with no visual quality loss from Movie Studio Platinum, if it is even possible. The preferred format is mp4 or mov, though anything that can be played without choppiness will be fine.
