I am using a Panasonic HMC 150 camera with the AVCHD codec and the older SD DVX100 camera on a project. I would like some insight on using both on the same timeline. I have tried rendering the AVCHD codec to a DV widescreen format and put on the timeline. It appears as though the quality is very similar to the DVX100 but the obvious question is how do I match the widescreen verses the full screen of the 4:3 format of the DVX100? Is there a different render setting that I am missing on the render panel? The final output will be a SD DVD and the project will be approximately 90 minutes long.

Click on your event pan and crops and set them to Standard TV 4:3 aspect rario. you will see it cuts off some of the left and right. you can however move the 4:3 box to either side if thats what you want in the video, even keyframe the movements. Hope this helps, Danny Hays
