  • Scene selection menu in DVDA: how to exclude chapter #

I’ve marked and titled each chapter and then rendered in Vegas Pro 9. I imported the movie into DVDA and created a scene selection menu. The only problem is that the chapter “numbers” show up. Is there a way to exclude the numbers from showing up (ex. “5:Car Wash”, “6:Tootsie”, etc.) I’d like it so just the title of each chapter shows without having to go in and delete the number from each.

    Thanks.

Try a different template. I’m not sure if all of them add the numbers or not but some of them may not. If they all do, then you might be stuck deleting them. I don’t know of any way to control this but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t one.

I would avoid the templates all together and create your own menus in vegas with whatever you want to use as a thumbnails. Bring that into DVDA and then add empty buttons for each and then link those to your markers.
