  Make that lens blur?

  At 23 to 25 secound in this movie, its a sort of lens blur effect or whatever its called.
  Can’t remember, but it makes light from cars for example to circles/ellipse.

  I’m wondering if i can make this effect in Sony Vegas 8 pro?
  I can’t find any Lens blur in the effects in there, but wonder if there’s other way?

  Also using a canon camera with manual focus, but when i make it to the nearlest focus distance, and have example light in background, i wont see that light like a circle/ellipse, it has to be more which i can’t make.
  So i wonder how can i make this?

  Also having after effects which im pretty sure there’s plugin that may create this, but after effects is more for compositing and it takes time to render etc, so i would more want to make it in Sony Vegas even if its abit harder to do.

  Have you tried the Sony Gaussian Blur FX? It doesn’t exactly mimic focal blur but it will do in a pinch.
