When I try to add a light to produce a sun-like shadow on the planet, the rings become completely black, even after adding a Compositing tag and excluding the light from the rings or going into the Light&#8217;s Project tab to try to exclude the rings from there.&hellip;</p>

It just appears AE and C4D are not speaking to each&hellip;</p>

My main issue is the file size of even the shortest videos before I arrive at the final mp4. So often, like pre-comping a layer in After Effects, just applying the dependable Fracture Object in C4D makes it all better.  I ended up using Pose Morphs, but would have rather not had to deform the geometry, so this is the preferred method, and simpler!  Thanks.</p>
