<p>I&#8217;ve never used an imac but I see no reason why it won&#8217;t work. To the best of my knowledge, all CD players are designed to play all sizes of CDs.</p>

<p>As long as the thumbdrive is properly formatted (exFAT or NTFS, preferably done on your PC), there&#8217;s no reason why it won&#8217;t work. All you&#8217;re doing is copying files.</p>

<p>You must know someone with a PC that has a CD drive. Copy the contents of the CD to a USB stick and use that to install the software on your computer. Once that&#8217;s done, the guy on this video does a decent (but somewhat long winded) explanation of setting up the software and capturing your v&hellip;</p>

<p> Then, lift up the gamma of the color corrector in the middle.</p>
<p> This darkens highlights first, in the logarithmic fashion, more like a &#8220;iris closing&#8221; way.</p>

I&#8217;ve had to do this in the past and the quality hit wasn&#8217;t that bad but it is still noticeable.<br />
Womble and <a target='_blank' href="https://www.videoredo.com/" rel="noopener" rel="nofollow">Video ReDo</a> are two apps that are recommended for editing VOB files as they don&#8217;t re-encode.</p>
