We are contemplating the same setup. OS-wise I’m not sure.. we too have a stand-alone HP LTO drive.. We’d like to run Monterey.</p>
<p>Regarding software, we were BruPE users too. We need to keep a working setup for restores. I’ve contacted OWC about BruPE / ArGest&hellip;</p>

<p>We have the same scenario.. existing library/environment we need to access and wondering if ArGest (and which version) will read/import our archive file and allow restores from existing spanned tape sets and, ideally, add to the old library.</p>

It would not recognize my tape drive. This could easily be some faulty setup on my part but I could not manage to trouble-shoot with the limited info from their site. It also appears to only be capable of archiving a single directory source at a time. I was not able to cue multiple folders.. again, it may have this capability&hellip;</p>

The GUI and workflow seem a little clunky at first but getting the hang of it. Will require some rethink of process coming from BRU-PE. Support has been very responsive considering they&#8217;re UK time zone. Works on Catalina and they also have a Big Sur beta so looks like they are pretty agile&hellip;</p>

From their website it appears to be very BRU-PE like and writes to LTFS.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m in the hunt for a new workflow now too since the demise of TOLIS.. Preferably one that could still utilize my HP LTO-5 drive. Not sure if LTO-5 is possible with LTFS.. PreRoll Post and others only list compatibility with&hellip;</p>
