<p>Every time I share a file, the information under the info tab for description/creator/tags resets.  Is there a way to change this?  Rather that my username for creator, I often want to put in my company name.  Or I may want to use the same set of custom tags.  </p>

<p>I’m using FCP 10.4.6 with BCC 2020 13.5.1.1378 on a 12-core 64GB MacPro running High Sierra.</p>
<p>I thought it might be a license expiration so I tried using the BCC Licensing tool in FCP.  My license is current.   I reactivated it&hellip;</p>

My prores codecs were greyed out.  After installing the codecs in the link provided, I get 4444, Proxy, and LT but not 422 or HQ.  </p>
<p>I also tried pro video formats 2.1.1. with the same result, no 422 or HQ.  When I tried 2.2.1, all my prores codecs greyed out again.</p>
<p>Is there a different recommended&hellip;</p>
