Hi – I am unable to get the colorization plugin to work on Vegas Pro 20. When I add it to a black and white clip on the timeline nothing happens. No color. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

I notice that some of my project files in Vegas 20 have a round Vegas Pro icon and some have a rectangular icon. The projects with the round icon seem to be problematic i.e. in most cases when I open the project – there is no media or edits there. What is going on with this? Thank you for your help.

Hi Everyone – I’m having an issue with the Video Stabilizer plugin on Vegas Pro 20. I go to the plugin, choose “professional” then click “analyze” but then nothing happens. It stays at 0 no matter how short the event is. What am I missing? Thanks for your help.

Ok, yes I’ve used the thumb drive on my pc to access files there so it should be formatted ok. My last concern is that the software disc that comes with the capture device is small. It’s not a normal sized cd. Will the standard size cd port in an imac be able to accept a small disc like that?

My PC doesn’t have any kind of DVD player. I’ll borrow a friend’s iMac which does have a disk player and, as you say, try to extract the program to a USB drive. Hopefully it’ll be compatible with my pc.

It’s says it’s a New series USB2.0 Video Grabber. Here is a photo of it on the left as attached to the handycam using an a/v cable.

My pc doesn’t have firewire. When I talked to Sony they said to use a/v to usb for it. I have all of those components but I’m not sure what the next step is to get the pc to recognize the camcorder so I can capture the mini-dv footage.

Hi, I’m looking to capture mini-dv tapes to pc (Win 10) using a Sony handycam. I have an a/v cable connected to the cam. the other end of the cable is connected to a video capture device (a/v to usb). The other end of that is plugged into a USB port on my PC. Not sure what else I need to do to capture the footage to my pc. Thanks you any help with this.
