My last concern is that the software disc that comes with the capture device is small.  It&#8217;s not a normal sized cd. So a major takeaway here is that I can&#8217;t use Vegas Pro for this.  The capturing device I have does make a sound when I plug it in. When I talked to Sony they said to use a/v to usb for it. I have an a/v cable connected to the cam. the other end of the cable is connected to a video capture device (a/v to usb).  The other end of that is plugged into a USB port on my PC.  Not sure what else I need to do to capture the footage to my pc. Thanks you any help with this.</p>
