The problem is that when it is done and I click the Open box, it opens an entirely new copy of Vegas, not the file itself. Even when I open the file (still w/ the Vegas logo) from  a Windows folder, it opens the&hellip;</p>

<p>graham, clicking on the FX Bypass button seems to change nothing in that drop down menu. Can you show me what it should look like when FX is enabled, please? Also, i dont see how to add a screen shot anymore. Is there a button I don&#8217;t&hellip;</p>

Even when my buttons were the same as yours in your SS, it wouldn&#8217;t affect the picture. But suddenly, it startd to work. I don&#8217;t see a direct way to add a SS to show you, or I would.</p>

The FX button is set to Enable. The sliders have no effect on the picture &#8212; this is how it came out of the camera. i just want to add a bit of contrast.</p>

<p>The track FX  and the clip FX have no effect on the image.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m using Vegas 13 build 545 64 bit on a windows 10 platform. </p>

All of the video tracks are lip-syncs of the artist singing the song, so all run in parallel.</p>
<p>So far, to get to any of the lower tracks to use their scenes for a cut, I have had to &#8220;S&#8221; cut and slide back all tracks above them for that&hellip;</p>

It seemed to be the 29.97 fps that choked my ol&#8217;Vegas 13. 24.9whatever is going down better.</p>
<p>Now for the next issue: When palying back footage from the camera in Vegas and in Windows, when using the in camera IBIS, very ugly &#8220;frame tearing&#8221; was visible whenever I panned or moved the camera. This was freaking me out&hellip;</p>
