I’ve thought about it some more and I think I’m just going to keep the original frame rate and then if it needs a motion effect I can just create a clip that has it converted.

This is pending doing an EDL/AFF test to make sure the correct info shows up for the online editor.

There is a little icon for linking picture and sound on the left of the timeline, above the Red Arrow selection. If you turn that on when you Red Arrow select the video it will also select the corresponding sound from the same clip.

I don’t remember how to do it but there is a way to open a Premiere Pro 2019 project in 2018. I had to do it on my current project and it worked fine. If you google you should be able to find out how to do it, that’s how I found out. Make sure you have a back up in case anything goes wrong, but nothing went wrong for me.
