<p>I did just learn that I can ingest it at the original frame rate and then if we want to put a motion effect on it &#8216;promote&#8217; the clip from the &#8216;promote&#8217; button within the motion effect. So I think that will&hellip;</p>

<p>This is pending doing an EDL/AFF test to make sure the correct info shows up for the online editor.</p>

<p>It will be going to an online editor, who or where that will be is yet to be determined.</p>
<p>I do know that they want the doc to be unconventional so I&#8217;m leaning towards converting to the project frame rate so that motion effects can be created. Then the online editor would just have to make sure they are matching the cuts on any&hellip;</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t usually work with mixed frame rates but for a couple shots here and there and want to make sure I use the best work flow for a smooth&hellip;</p>

Thanks for your reply. I watched some of your ALE video on YouTube yesterday when I was searching for a troubleshooting method. I didn&#8217;t know what you used to edit the ALE so can try that.</p>
<p>However, I have done all those steps using Text Edit and then Input &gt; Media and it&#8217;s always worked for me before and even on this project with&hellip;</p>

<p>I am working on a project with 13 cameras and had no trouble using ALE export/modify/re-import in order to lose the audio tracks that had timecode on them. Now I am trying to just lose A3-8 of some other cameras and the ALE method isn&#8217;t working.&hellip;</p>

If you turn that on when you Red Arrow select the video it will also select the corresponding sound from the same clip. </p>
<p><span>I tried lassoing the entire video track and that did not select the sound along with it, but if I Shift+select it&hellip;</span></p>

I had to do it on my current project and it worked fine. If you google you should be able to find out how to do it, that&#8217;s how I found out. Make sure you have a back up in case anything goes wrong, but nothing went wrong for me.</p>
