Using Vegas Pro 18: Got a file from a customer that Vegas shows as having no video. The video was shot in Jamaica. It does have audio. Vegas properties says the file’s video format is HEVC 1280x720x32. “32” is the frame rate, right? Is this a normal video format? How should I approach this situation?
