Very little of it is 1080p.</span></p>
<p>So I shouldn&#8217;t just render it to 1080? I feel like 1080 is good enough</p>
<p>How do I use ProRes?</p>
<p>Should it be higher for mp4? I use 10mbps for my wmv video and it looks good enough.</p>

My question is in terms of preserving quality, is it better to keep it at 0, since when I render to mp4 it darkens it anyways, or does it not make a difference, to bring it down to -15 and then add the levels, which will bring it back up?</p>

<p>I keep reading that video rendering quality should be placed at best but I think all it is is the quality on the video preview window. To test that I rendered in draft quality and it still came out in HD. Am I right in this?</p>

I moved the video to another foler so that vegas can&#8217;t find it and then switched the video with another (the same except higher resolution) Except the original file still remains in the project &#8211; the reversed clips. I right click on the clips to find file location and it&#8217;s in the folder&hellip;</p>

I took care of the sharpness, but now I have to do the color correction on most of the project. It&#8217;s mostly black and white so most of the clips are the same, I just have to bring down the gamma (or offset) a bit. </p>

I rendered the scene first in 12 fps and put it in the project, than I rendered the project in 23 fps, but the 12 fps scene doesn&#8217;t look good.</p>

<p>I put my time format as measures and beats and the clip ends at <span>87.4.054 instead of 87</span><span>.4.042. So I need to cut 12 beats (or is it measures?) from the end of every video clip and add that same amount to the beginning of every clip.</span></p>

Same length. It&#8217;s just a milisecond off so every single segment has some of the previous shot. Because I&#8217;m cutting the movie not from the raw footage but from the edited film. So in other words, each shot pretty much, if you drag it a second back you will see the shot that is before it. Is there a way to cut a certain amount&hellip;</p>

Is there something I can do with my computer to fix that? I noticed that I can work with mp4s that are x264, but with x265s it&#8217;s too slow. It takes a while for the frame i&#8217;m on to show up on the preview. And it can&#8217;t handle anything else like movs. I&#8217;m working on a pc. </p>
