But I still have no clue how to fix it.</p>

<p>I have a video file that contains a pre-rendered credits scroll (black with white text) and when I open it in VLC and advance it frame-by-frame, it plays perfectly (each frame advances the credits).</p>
<p>But when I import that same file into Vegas Pro, making sure to match the framerate, it plays three frames fine, then &#8220;duplicates&#8221; frame&hellip;</p>

Also, if I ripped the file from the disc, would it still be copyright protected? </p>
<p>If I just export the whole thing without editing it, there aren&#8217;t any blips. It&#8217;s just when I start editing it that the blips appear.</p>
<p>Also, this has happened to me with non-Bluray files, just with less frequency.</p>

<p>A bit of background: I decided to try my hand at ripping and editing a Bluray for fun, and eventually got a video file that was compatible with Vegas Pro (14.0). However, the audio tracks would spontaneously create &#8220;blips&#8221; (AKA strange popping noises) and it basically ruined the entire thing. Restarting the program sometimes fixed&hellip;</p>

Whenever I try to edit, cut, or delete it (or even stop the cursor on it), Sony Vegas crashes.</p>
<p>This was never too much of a problem until recently when I started importing jpeg image sequences into one window, exporting it as an mp4, then importing that&hellip;</p>

I also have some 9-hour MP3s and they work perfectly fine in Vegas&#8211;it&#8217;s just the 30-hour one that&#8217;s giving me grief.
