In every second of your 4 hour video there are 29.97 individual frames of 1920×1080 pixels each. That’s a huge number of pixels and they all have to be rendered out – even if they are just black ( a pixel is a pixel and each one has to be created by the rendering process). Good idea to go for .tiff files. They are much better quality than .jpg. A side effect of .jpg is if you make any changes to it, and then save it with the same name it loses even more quality. Tiff files don’t do that.

I don’t use PP, but have the Creative Cloud system and also have been getting continual crashes several times a day. I get the message “You have been signed out”. But I never sign out. Haven’t been able to find a solution yet.

YouTube are very strict on unauthorized use of Copyrighted music. Don’t mess with them – you could end up being banned from YouTube as well.
