I haven’t had experience with anything more specialty like that, so I can’t say.

For our purposes, we’ve just purchased large touch screens (Elo brand) from B&H and ran the Intuiface experience with a chromebox. We also ran the same experience on an iPad for a smaller kiosk version.

+1 here for Intuiface. We’ve used it for several clients for interactive kiosk type things. Super easy to use and deploy on low-cost hardware.

Unfortunately my best solution has been to run audio to cameras and use the HDMI audio instead of the 1/8″. Seems like it’s easier to avoid ‘plumbing problems’ as Ty mentioned earlier.
